great location friendly staff super clean room
the hotel location is near the main station! the staff was very helpful and friendly, it. the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-kept, i felt comfortable in my room. the breakfast had a great view and delicious options.
The central heating system was insufficient. I requested a portable heater for the room, it was cold

Lakefront Bliss
fresh foods inviting ambiance
The breakfast offered a good array of fresh foods with a warm and cute ambiance each morning. i especially liked the excellent coffee, arguably the best i tasted during my europe trip. The location was also amazing. It was an easy walk to lakeside paths, various restaurants, and many shops.
The central heating system didn't quite meet my needs, leaving the room feeling a little cold. i had to request a portable heater to make the space more comfortable.

The hotel enjoys a prime spot directly on the lake, offering convenient access to the water. It is a short walk from the Opera House and other cultural attractions. This makes sightseeing very easy. Transportation links, including train, bus, and tram, are nearby.

The front desk staff was helpful, even granting an upgrade to the junior suite with a lake view upon my return. The bellboy always offered prompt assistance with anything needed, demonstrating really good service. Quick lifts provide smooth access to upper floors.

The Classic King room on the top level was spacious and decorated in duck egg blue tones. Quality crisp linens, a feather quilt, and comfortable pillows provided total bliss. The bathroom had heated floors! though i found the hairdryer to be quite decent.

Breakfast included a good variety of foods and a warm cute ambiance each morning. The restaurant itself was very inviting and beautifully designed. The bar area's decor is very beautiful. The atmosphere is so inviting.
